AboutDel Rossi's Cheesesteak & Pizza Co. sits on North 4th Street in Northern Liberties, where we bake our own bread in-house. Our sesame-seeded sourdough rolls come out with a crackly crust, then get loaded with pasture-raised, hand-cut ribeye, fried onions, and Cooper Sharp American. Add a long hot if you want some heat. We stretch our own dough for thin-crust pizza too, from the Brooklyn-style grandma pie to the Long Hot Special with Mike's Hot Honey.
